If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. I will provide instructions for the return or exchange process based on your specific situation. Please note that certain conditions may apply, such as the item being used and/or you have requested a personalized or custom order, these are not applicable for return but depending on the situation a full/partial refund will be issued.

Note: Acrylic Prints are not applicable for a return except if the item arrived or the packaging are severely damaged, this is due to Acrylic Prints being made custom for each order.

There is an 1 hour of hold time to cancel your order if you have changed your mind.
This short period is set so we can assure that the production and delivery time will meet your requirements and expectations.

Currently, we don't offer a gift wrapping or gift message option. However, we are actively working to make this service available in the future. We appreciate your understanding and patience as I strive to enhance the shopping experience for my customers.
