REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

All products sold by Artemis Wall Art are manufactured specifically for each customer after an order is placed. We do not maintain inventory of finished products.

Returns and Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.

After this period, production may begin and cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

As our products are manufactured on demand specifically for each order, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect material selection

  • Personal preference

  • Ordering mistakes made by the customer

Customers located within the European Union may have statutory consumer rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Certain products manufactured to customer specifications or produced on demand may qualify for exemptions from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from the item ordered, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Failure to provide sufficient information may delay the resolution process.

Claim Resolution

After reviewing the claim, Artemis Wall Art will determine the appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

  • A replacement product

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund

The selected remedy will depend on the nature and severity of the issue.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

If you would like a different product, size, or material option, a new order must be placed.

Delivery and Shipping Issues

We aim to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery timeframe provided at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to production schedules, carrier performance, customs processing, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

If an order is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or cannot be delivered due to carrier-related issues, please contact us and we will investigate the matter with our production and shipping partners. Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement product, partial refund, or full refund at our discretion.

Exclusions and Limitations

Refunds, replacements, or other remedies will not be provided where issues arise from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer

  • Failure to collect or receive a shipment

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Normal wear and tear after delivery

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Delays caused by customs authorities, strikes, weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control

Product Appearance

Product colours may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to monitor settings, device displays, lighting conditions, and printing processes. Such variations are normal and do not constitute a defect.

Minor dimensional variations resulting from manufacturing processes are normal and do not constitute a defect.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Once approved, refunds are generally processed within 10 business days. Actual processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
