All products are made to order specifically for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at artemiswallarts@gmail.com or via Live Chat.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will offer a free replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the case.

Custom and made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Can I cancel my order after this has been placed? If yes, what is the procedure for cancellation?

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement.

This short period is set so we can assure that the production and delivery time will meet your requirements and expectations.

After this time, production begins and cancellation is no longer possible.

Because all products are made to order, we cannot stop or modify an order once it has entered production.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?
